• Registration opens April 19th at 1:00 PM.

• Session begins April 19th at 3:00 PM.

• Session ends April 21st at 12:00 PM.

Hotel Information

• Doubletree by Hilton Chicago Alsip (near Chicago Midway Airport (MDW)), 5000 W. 127th Street, Alsip, IL 60803

• Room Rate: $131.00 per night plus 13% tax for a standard king or double bedroom type.

• Method of Reservations: Reservations can be made at www.chicagoalsip.doubletree.com using Group/Convention code: NCG Central Reservations: 1-800-222-8733 (TREE)

• Reservations must be received by April 3, 2023. After this date reservations will be accepted based upon availability and current rate.

• Credit Cards will be authorized the morning of the guest’s arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be cancelled.

• All guestroom reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival otherwise individual’s credit card will be billed one night plus tax.

• Check-in time for all rooms is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

• If a guest checks out earlier than their scheduled departure date, they will be charged $50.00.

• Late check out fees: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM - $25.00; 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM - $50.00; and after 4:00 PM – Full Days Rate.

Shuttle Service

• The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to/from Chicago Midway (MDW) Airport. Reservation for this service is required. Call the hotel at 708-371-7300 to reserve shuttle service.

• The hotel doesn’t offer shuttle service from Chicago O’hare airport, so please plan accordingly.
